Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating pre-employment transition services for students with disabilities, including reaching out to high schools to identify eligible students, coordinating with DVR counselors to ensure completion of the necessary paperwork, developing and providing reports to DVR staff, and handling invoicing and billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pre-employment transition services for students with disabilities
  • Develop and implement instruction for self-advocacy, work readiness training, job exploration counseling, and post-secondary education options
  • Develop community partnerships and ensure contract compliance
  • Collaborate with DVR staff to support the delivery of developmental disabilities discovery career planning and individual employment services programs
  • Provide supervision and coaching to Direct Support Professionals and offer job development and coaching for participants seeking competitive employment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school is required. A degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Current TB clearance
  • Current CPR & First Aid clearance
  • No history/conviction of abuse, neglect, theft, or other job-related crimes
  • Must meet Full Life Hawaii requirements for drug test & criminal background/records check
  • Valid health certificate to meet current funding jurisdiction requirements
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with valid automobile insurance is required

We offer a highly competitive salary range for our employees. This role is a part-time position in our Kailua-Kona office, and the starting salary is 45-50K per year, depending on experience.
