Restoration Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Supervisor to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a Restoration Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of restoration projects, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and perform production processes to ensure quality control and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Supervise restoration technicians and provide guidance and training to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Document job files accurately and maintain detailed records of services provided.
  • Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and regulations for job safety.
  • Manage assets and equipment to prevent damage and ensure proper use.
  • Coach and train restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • IICRC certification (a plus, but not required).
Skills and Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
