About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Owner Services Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. As a key member of our residential services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our villas and homes, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding the expectations of our homeowners and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our residential services team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Manage the scheduling and training of our facilities coordinators and residential assistants, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our villas and homes, ensuring that all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet the high standards of Four Seasons.
  • Coordinate with our property management, housekeeping, engineering, and club concierge teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed the expectations of our homeowners and guests.
  • Manage the ordering and inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring that our team has the resources they need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to promote our residential services and attract new homeowners and guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a hospitality or residential services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including homeowners, guests, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of initiative and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
