Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendar and scheduling requests for the Creative Director.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Creative Director regarding team scheduling and inquiries.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for the Creative Team.
  • Assist in the hiring process for the Creative Team.
  • Organize travel arrangements for the Creative Director.
  • Attend meetings with the Creative Director and follow up on action items with the team.
  • Prepare pre-meeting documents, agendas, and relevant details.
  • Maintain a database of documents and presentations for team reference.
  • Collaborate with other assistants to coordinate leadership scheduling and all-staff events.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an assistant role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to produce work quickly.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for supporting the re-election efforts of the Biden-Harris ticket.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
