Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train production cooks to ensure the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Collaborate with the Food Service Supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Graduate of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
- Valid ServSafe Food Handler certificate.
- Valid U.S. Passport.
- A competitive salary range of $905 - $1,008 per week.
