Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local or regional Lean plans and strategies, aligning with country and global objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key activities within the Lean Transformation, focusing on MDI & MWI initiatives.
- Analyze local processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimization techniques to reduce defects, variation, and costs.
- Coordinate the execution of local/regional improvement projects, leveraging Lean methodology to drive business change.
- Benchmark best-in-class tools and methods, sharing best practices within the organization.
- Effectively communicate progress to operational and Lean leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Deliver project improvements, capturing local business change effects, and reporting outcomes to regional Lean Coaches and Country MT members.
- Act as a hands-on improvement agent, business partner, and Lean expert, driving process excellence and eliminating non-value add, waste, and bottlenecks.
- Deploy Lean techniques and tools, transferring knowledge and training others in Lean thinking and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Training in Six Sigma and Lean continuous improvement methodologies required.
- Black Belt Certification (or en route towards BB certification) is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in related roles, with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Passionate about leading and driving change within the organization.
- Practical experience with Lean transactional implementation and Continuous Improvement facilitation.
- Able to mentor and facilitate Lean Culture change in an environment with varying acceptance levels.
What We Offer:
Innova Solutions provides a competitive salary range of $86,029 - $107,536 annually, based on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, FSA, life insurance, pet insurance, short-term and long-term disability, accident and critical illness coverage, pre-paid legal and ID theft protection, sick time, and paid leaves (as required by law).
