Job Summary

The Boiler Controls Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical control systems for industrial boilers. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement electrical control systems for industrial boilers, including wiring, programming, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex control systems, including PLCs, transformers, and transmitters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with other industrial processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including wiring schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in control systems technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical control systems design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, transformers, and transmitters.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with industrial automation software and systems.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for working with electrical systems.
