The performance of the Meat Preparation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and quantity of meat products, which significantly enhances the dining experience for our guests. Exceptional meat preparation practices not only optimize product usage for profitability but also guarantee that Golden Corral patrons receive the utmost value in both product quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cut meat in accordance with product specifications and established time standards.
  • Oversee meat production processes and manage inventory rotation.
  • Assist in unloading deliveries and stocking the inventory.
  • Support kitchen staff as necessary.
  • Adhere to safe food handling practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the meat preparation area and equipment.

While previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment as a cook or meat preparation specialist is preferred, it is not mandatory.
