- Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays.
- Polish silverware using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
- Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
- Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Help load and unload supplies and product.
- Dishwashing experience is required.
- Willing to train.
- Competitive pay rate of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
