About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Credit and Deductions Operations team at Beiersdorf. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring the effective management of our credit and deductions processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance AR collections and deductions processes
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to develop and implement cross-functional action plans
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure proper deductions clearing
  • Collaborate with the Genpact team to ensure seamless cash application and FI-related transactional tasks
  • Provide mentorship and support to the team, and identify action-based solutions
  • Develop and follow up on DSO and Working Capital improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in FP&A, Accounting, Sales Finance, Credit/Accounts Receivable areas
  • Confirmed experience as a Manager of Collections, Deductions & Risk Assessment functions
  • Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint and SAP (or similar system) experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, ability to empower staff for maximum productivity
  • Strong organizational, follow-through and decision-making skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal direction
  • Strong business analytics skills and ability to work and problem solve both independently and within a collaborative environment
