About the JobWe are seeking a talented Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service via multiple channels, ensuring timely issue resolution and quality response composition.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Customer Support Expertise: Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, utilizing effective communication channels and techniques
- Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with Engineering teams to document bugs and contribute to shared knowledge base
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Contribute to team success, demonstrate empathy, and adapt to changing customer needs
- Experience and Skills: Proven track record in customer-facing roles or support functions, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle customer issues with diplomacy
Our compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $23-$25 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location within the Salt Lake City area.
