Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team at Complete Staffing Solutions, Inc.. This role is essential for managing our billing and collections processes effectively.

Location: Lynn, MA

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document account status and update customer information accurately.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly performance targets and deadlines.
  • Comply with consumer protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Investigate and address issues leading to account delinquencies in collaboration with customers.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Sales Department regarding customer accounts.
  • Engage sales and management when necessary to expedite the collection process.
  • Monitor assigned accounts and relevant collection reports diligently.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and manage account adjustments.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements to understand customer delinquencies and ensure ongoing repayments.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients.

Compensation:

  • $25 per hour
