The Digital Product Strategist will lead the development of our digital experience technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, as well as external vendors and partners.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on customer-centric business process improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining and directing the digital experience technology roadmap
  • Leading new website initiatives to meet customer and business needs
  • Developing user stories, coordinating backlogs, and managing sprint delivery
  • Engaging stakeholders, escalating issues, and communicating throughout delivery and implementation

The Digital Product Strategist will be responsible for driving an agile and iterative approach, leveraging rapid-development best practices to test and refine distribution channels based on business and agent feedback.

This role requires a strategic thought leader who can collaborate across the organization, applying innovative and creative problem-solving thinking to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional internal and external stakeholder groups, gathering and/or developing requirements for multi-channel/omni-channel digital marketplaces, B2B portals, and B2C portals.

Proficiency in common Microsoft applications, including MS Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook, is required.

This role is ideal for a seasoned digital product management professional who can drive business growth and customer satisfaction through innovative digital solutions.
