Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst to join our Functions Technology team. This role will be responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience in NAM Payroll, UK Payroll, and Global Payroll end-to-end process
  • Analyze, define, and document complex business requirements and processes
  • Lead design and review existing or new functionality/configuration with technical and functional resources
  • Manage multiple, parallel projects/tasks using exceptional organizational and time management techniques
  • Provide guidance and thought leadership on how skillset and capability can help resolve client needs
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Communicate client feedback to leadership and proactively address issues
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management, and prioritization skills
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
