Position Overview:
The Human Resources Events Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, focusing on event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with various stakeholders to establish event objectives and desired outcomes.
2. Lead committees dedicated to organizing team-building exercises, fundraising initiatives, and community service projects.
3. Oversee meal arrangements for corporate meetings, ensuring all dietary needs are met for employees, clients, and partners.
4. Manage the logistics of food delivery, setup, and presentation, striving to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications:
• An Associate's degree coupled with a minimum of two years in event coordination or hospitality, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• A strong commitment to serving and assisting others with a compassionate and supportive demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site inspections and vendor meetings.
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed to support event schedules.
