Security Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of security officers, site supervisors, and other support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement effective security strategies to protect people and property, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique security needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and payroll for assigned security personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- 4-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
- At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
