Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to join our team at Tact Staff. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the immediate and continuing care needs of patients and develop comprehensive plans of care.
- Provide direct patient care based on assessed needs and medical regimens.
- Supervise patient care provided by licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate the overall plan of care to ensure implementation of nursing interventions and consistency with medical regimens.
- Accept responsibility and accountability for nursing interventions and outcomes based on professional clinical judgments.
- Current RN licensure in the United States.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
- Ability to fully utilize electronic record systems, equipment, and other healthcare and billing systems relevant to this position.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
