Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Labor and Delivery. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to patients in a labor and delivery setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess the immediate and continuing care needs of patients and develop comprehensive plans of care.
- Provide direct patient care based on assessed needs and medical regimens.
- Supervise patient care provided by licensed practical nurses and other nursing personnel.
- Coordinate the overall plan of care to ensure implementation of nursing interventions and consistency with medical regimens.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of nursing standards.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
