We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to join our team at Tact Staff. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the immediate and continuing care needs of patients and develop comprehensive plans of care.
  • Provide direct patient care based on assessed needs and medical regimens.
  • Supervise patient care provided by licensed practical nurses (LPNs), registered nurses on permit (RNP), nursing attendants, technicians, and supplemental staff.
  • Observe, evaluate, document, and communicate patient responses to illness and/or therapeutic modalities.
  • Coordinate the overall plan of care to ensure implementation of nursing interventions and consistency with medical regimens.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
