As a Civil Engineer at Actalent, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects focused on land development. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that projects meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage civil engineering initiatives related to land development.
- Work collaboratively with architects, project teams, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Conduct thorough site evaluations, feasibility analyses, and environmental assessments.
- Prepare and scrutinize engineering plans, specifications, and cost projections.
- Perform plan reviews to guarantee adherence to local regulations and standards.
- Effectively oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing essential technical support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering focused on land development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong understanding of local zoning laws, land use regulations, and permitting processes.
