Key Responsibilities- Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Estimate repair costs and negotiate settlements with customers and vendors
- Partner with other adjusters and supervisors to work with body shops, rental partners, and parts providers
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
