Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to manage our reception area and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk operations and manage incoming calls.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide support through a busy multi-line phone system.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with office tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing paperwork.
  • Support the inside sales and customer service teams with various clerical duties.
  • Conduct research and outreach to customers via phone.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office role.
  • Proficient in MS Windows applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and writing.
  • Ability to maintain good job stability.

Compensation: $18/hr, with potential for a temporary-to-hire opportunity. Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
