What to Expect in Your Role:

As a Retail Floor Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our store. You will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for overseeing the floor's activities, ensuring that sales objectives are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Ensure the team is knowledgeable about products and aware of performance metrics.
  • Understand and cater to customer needs to boost sales.
  • Delegate tasks effectively among team members.
  • Implement and exceed sales targets within the store.
  • Maintain an attractive and commercially viable store image.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising standards and seasonal guidelines.
  • Assist in updating merchandising and rotation schedules.

We seek a motivated team player who embodies a vibrant personality and possesses excellent communication skills. Your proactive approach and enthusiasm for representing our brand through superior customer service will be essential in achieving and surpassing sales goals. Previous experience in fashion retail is advantageous.


Requirements:
  • Preferred prior experience in retail sales.

  • Willingness to initiate contact with customers and assess their shopping needs.
