Job Overview:

The Retail Financial Analysis Lead will collaborate closely with the Director of FP&A, focusing on planning and analytical support for PCHI's retail operations. This role is pivotal in delivering executive decision-making support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) through the creation of processes, tools, reporting, and sophisticated data analytics aimed at enhancing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly management reporting packages encompassing all aspects of the Retail Profit and Loss statement.
  • Assist in orchestrating the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including the development of templates to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on key drivers for all supported areas.
  • Evaluate existing business and system processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage in problem-solving initiatives to uncover root causes, perform gap analyses, and develop and implement recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc budgeting, reporting, and analytical tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Innovative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to seeking new experiences and knowledge.
  • Capability to synthesize diverse information from multiple sources to drive creativity, problem-solving, and actionable outcomes.
  • Experience with Oracle is preferred.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and ad hoc requests under tight deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to learn company systems/tools and enhance process efficiencies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across various levels of the organization.
  • Prior experience in retail financial management is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Financial Statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Expected Salary Range: $80,400 - $100,500

The salary range presented for this position reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation. PCHI reserves the right to adjust the salary based on various factors such as experience and geographical considerations.

*****This is a hybrid role; the expectation is to be in the office 3 days a week.
