Position Overview: As a Seasonal Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for executing daily operational tasks that uphold the high standards of Tapestry. This includes maintaining the sales floor and stockroom, managing the cash wrap, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily operational duties, ensuring the store environment is consistently maintained to Tapestry standards.
  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including point-of-sale operations and loss prevention protocols.
  • Utilize Tapestry's tools and technology to foster client relationships and drive sales, achieving personal performance goals.
  • Restock inventory on the sales floor as necessary and process incoming shipments efficiently.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A solid understanding of current fashion trends and competitive landscape is essential.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to operate mobile devices and internet applications.

Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Must be able to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, reach and bend to access products, and lift items weighing up to fifty pounds.
