Job Summary

As a Mechanic II Material Handling Specialist at ADUSA Distribution, you will be responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, as well as the ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety

• Enter work into the computer maintenance system and use it to track repeat repairs and previous work performed on equipment

• Safely shut down systems and perform simple tasks without instruction or guidance

• Ensure all equipment meets standards, codes, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent diploma

• Prior experience in mechanical areas is desired

• Ability to work flexible hours and be on call

• Willingness to learn and progress to Mechanic III through education and/or demonstrated ability
