About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Associate at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our resort team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, owners, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the resort property to identify and mitigate potential security risks and hazards.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports to include statements from involved parties and witnesses.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including answering inquiries, providing directions, and delivering packages and information.
  • Perform basic first aid and CPR as needed, and maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform duties.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, owners, and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Previous security experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, or a military or law enforcement background, is highly desirable.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certifications are required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to be available for on-call duties as needed.
