Site Construction Quality Inspector - Land Development Division

As one of the leading 200 design firms, we are in search of a proficient Site Construction Quality Inspector to join our Land Development division in Austin.

Primary Duties

  • Verify that construction initiatives adhere to quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements
  • Detect and rectify construction issues while suggesting effective remedies
  • Evaluate contractor proposals and perform site inspections
  • Engage with clients and contractors to tackle project-related obstacles
  • Oversee financial elements of projects and resolve accounting discrepancies

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of pertinent construction oversight experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Knowledge of local construction standards in the Austin area
  • Excellent time management, communication, and technical abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Work Environment
