Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new players and their families, focusing on housing, education, and lifestyle.
  • Assist in the integration of new players, ensuring they are well-acquainted with the team and community.
  • Support players in administrative tasks such as obtaining necessary documentation (driver's license, social security number, bank account).
  • Coordinate player registrations and accompany them to medical appointments as needed.
  • Manage communication between team staff and players to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Oversee match day operations, including pre-match, halftime, and post-match activities.
  • Travel with the team to provide operational support during travel, training, and match days.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office on sponsorship opportunities and community relations, including player appearances.
  • Act as an internal consultant to provide insights from players' perspectives.
  • Build and maintain a database of contacts, networks, and vendors to support player services.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or sports management preferred; or a combination of relevant education and three years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and completing relevant tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
  • Familiarity with database applications and online reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Understanding of administrative principles, regulations, and accounting procedures.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires effective communication, active listening, and the ability to stand and engage in physical activities for extended periods.

Work Schedule:

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Frequent travel and a valid driver's license with insurance are necessary.
