As a Voter Engagement Fellow, you will have the chance to connect with thousands of voters throughout California, motivating them to participate in the electoral process. You will collaborate with a committed team, receive thorough training to equip you for your responsibilities, and play a vital role in a robust voter engagement initiative. This is a seasonal opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with varied communities to promote voter participation.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Make a positive difference in voter turnout.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic individuals with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Dedication to social and racial equity.
  • Availability to work evenings, Sunday through Thursday.
  • Familiarity with communication platforms such as Slack, virtual meeting tools like Zoom, and cloud-based applications like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • Competence in basic computer skills with knowledge of common functions and shortcuts.

Compensation and Benefits:

This remote position offers an hourly wage of $22 for up to 30 hours per week. There are no additional benefits associated with this role. A reimbursement of $20 per pay period will be provided for computer and internet usage.
