Business Development Opportunity

Are you a results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? Dealers Auto Auction Group of Little Rock has an exciting opportunity for an Auction Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and dealerships, and by effectively marketing our auction services.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders in the automotive industry.
  • Assist customers with their Buying/Selling experience, including providing guidance on inventory procedures and promoting our auction services.
  • Educate customers on new inventory arrivals and future product arrivals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
