Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Dealers Auto Auction Group of Little Rock. As an Auction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by assisting customers with their Buying/Selling experience at our auction.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders in the automotive industry.
  • Assist customers with their Buying/Selling experience, including providing guidance on inventory procedures and promoting our auction services.
  • Educate customers on new inventory arrivals and future product arrivals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
