ROLE SUMMARY:
In this position, you will work under general supervision to assist clients and their caregivers in maintaining independence and ensuring safety. You will represent the organization with a positive and professional demeanor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
