Business Systems Analyst: Gather Requirements

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation of IFS Cloud ERP in our manufacturing and supply chain modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops, and managing small enhancement projects. They will also be responsible for carrying out ERP modifications, testing software, and planning, developing, and installing changes.

Additionally, the role will involve working with third-party vendors to deliver solutions addressing business needs. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the implemented functionality of IFS Cloud ERP modules through end-user support
  • Contribute and/or lead overall business systems design for new functionality and services
  • Conduct investigations and provide resolutions to issues raised in the course of daily application and process usage
  • Create training materials and provide training to end-users on the IFS system
  • Create business requirements, functional, and technical documentation adhering to company standards
  • Interact with business to develop use cases and test scenarios, conduct IT testing, and support UAT testing
  • Assist in query creation for reporting and data extraction
  • Design, develop, implement, and support business processes and solutions using IFS and other technologies
  • Facilitate the release of major upgrades, other enhancements, and maintenance releases
  • Manage user access and security of IFS Cloud
  • Support year-end and auditing activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related discipline
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst experience
  • Ability to gather and document requirements for software configuration/customization
  • Skill in UAT testing
  • Application support experience with IFS Cloud ERP is a plus
  • 4 years minimum experience of ERP business systems, experience working on an end-to-end ERP migration/implementation is preferred
  • Detailed knowledge of IFS Cloud ERP manufacturing and/or distribution modules
  • Strength in data validation with Excel, including VLOOKUPS is strongly preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, and manage own time efficiently
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Investigative and inquisitive mind and attention to detail

ITAR requirements apply to this position. All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $45-60/hr W2. However, we are willing to send qualified candidates over budget.
