Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design projects and creative direction roles.
- Ability to facilitate discussions with clients regarding intricate workforce messages, data interpretations, and analytical concepts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
- Capability to collaborate with clients to define project specifications and offer process guidance for optimal visual communication outcomes.
- A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of graphic design skills.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic development.
- Familiarity with brand management principles.
- Background in IC or DoD environments.
- Understanding of human-centered design methodologies or design thinking principles.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Joomla, Content Management Systems, or HTML and CSS.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

The projected salary range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 annually. This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and is one aspect of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
Work Model:
