Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the process of care delivered to patients, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to minimize delays and optimize resource utilization.
  • Advocate for patients' needs in the Emergency Department and coordinate resources for complex cases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • 1-2 years of acute care hospital experience preferred.
  • Licensed RN to practice within the applicable region of employment required.
Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
