Key Responsibilities
  • Service Scheduling: Oversee the daily activities and scheduling of service technicians to maximize efficiency and utilization of resources.
  • Customer Interface: Interface with sales, field personnel, and branch management to ensure smooth coordination of project scheduling, progress, and deadlines through completion.
  • Staffing and Personnel: Identify demands and provide input on staffing and personnel needs.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess technician performance regarding quality of work and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and assist in development of project change orders.
  • Customer Resolution: Follow-up on escalated customer service issues or complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive and issue parts and inventory; maintain an accurate count of branch inventory.
  • Training and Development: Train branch staff and technicians on proper procedures for locating and utilizing inventory.
  • Performance Improvement: Ensure established work standards are adhered to and continuously evaluate department performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience: Scheduling or service coordinating experience required
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, aptitude for problem-solving, ability to determine solutions for customers, strong attention to detail and organized while remaining results-oriented, clear communication skills, and ability to maintain a good working environment with all employees, vendors, and customers.
