Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, expertly mixing drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, storage areas, and surrounding spaces
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of related work experience in a hospitality or beverage-related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
