Job Title: Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Rusty Pelican Miami. As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for creating and serving exceptional cocktails that showcase your expertise in mixology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and experiment with new cocktail recipes and innovative techniques.
  • Master classic cocktails and ensure their consistent execution.
  • Provide guests with an unforgettable experience, offering personalized recommendations and engaging in lively conversation.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar etiquette.
  • Collaborate with the bar team to ensure seamless operations during busy hours.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a skilled Mixologist and Bartender, preferably in a renowned cocktail bar or upscale establishment.
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients used in mixology.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft unique and balanced cocktails that leave a lasting impression.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage and interact with guests.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to handle a high-paced environment.
  • Creativity and a passion for pushing the boundaries of mixology.
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
