Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
  • Make recommendations based on member preferences and needs.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Deliver checks and process member charges.
  • Cooperate and communicate with all service and kitchen staff.
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules and customer service guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year minimum experience in an upscale restaurant, country club, or similar establishment.
  • Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
  • Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and members.
  • Experience with Jonas Encore/Micros or similar POS system.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Active listening.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Customer-centric.
  • High school diploma; food safety training, or other related certificates will be considered a plus.
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation; housing can be provided.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder.
