Barback - Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas.
• Replenish supplies and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
