- Develop action plans to mitigate risk and provide consultation services to internal clients on strategic sourcing, alternatives, and solutions.
- Execute, oversee, and monitor the development of business process related solutions for internal clients and members.
- Evaluate processes and resources to develop effective solutions and improvements to drive the efficient operation of the Bank.
- Develop business process enhancements that align business deliverables, bank strategy, and risk management framework.
- Coach others and lead the acquisition and application of expert knowledge of the business.
- Lead planning and execution, directing and coordinating activities for highly complex projects.
- Apply a holistic understanding of risk and regulatory compliance to business strategies and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8 years of experience in business process consultation, process design, developing business processes, procedures, measures, and metrics.
- Experience leading programs/projects, business process owner/consultant, or working in an agile environment.
- Extensive experience in applying quality management, process improvement, and leveraging process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Expert experience/knowledge of Risk Management frameworks and Banking Regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and/or evaluation of business processes.
- 5+ Years of Operational and/or Compliance Risk Experience.
