Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate hazards and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement EHS solutions that support risk reduction and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement EHS metrics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a laboratory or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
