Job Description:

The Special Events Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the execution of all special events for the Seattle International Film Festival. This includes recruiting, scheduling, and managing volunteers, drafting and editing event invites, executing event set-up and strike, and supervising event check-in. The coordinator will also be responsible for managing swag procurement and sponsor presence fulfillment, working with suppliers and venue contacts to schedule and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups, and maintaining organized and inventoried event storage spaces.

Key Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in coordinating events or festivals required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $20.76 per hour
