Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at the AMEX Centurion Lounge. This role involves managing the daily activities and events, project and move management, vendor relations, and ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve excellence in facilities management.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate daily activities and events, manage projects and moves, and develop strong relationships with vendors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment by developing and implementing emergency response plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and training office personnel on safety procedures.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial reports, attendance, payroll, inventory, service reports, and accomplishments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in facilities services or a related field.
  • Able to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
  • Hands-on ability to perform minor maintenance tasks.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Resourcefulness in locating and negotiating with contractors.
  • Experience working with outside vendors, accounts payable/receivable, and budget management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
