About Your Role:

As a key member of our Intensive In-Home Services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals and families in need. Working under general direction, you will supervise, coordinate, and provide Intensive In-Home Services activities for consumers of all ages receiving treatment from Family Preservation Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate Intensive In-Home Services activities for consumers of all ages
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals and families in need
  • Work collaboratively with the Intensive In-Home Services Team Leader to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a college or university with a Master's degree in a human service field
  • One year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SAS experience with the population served
  • LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCMHC, or LCMHC-A licensure
