Sales Associate, Holiday Seasonal, Farmers Market

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as a Holiday Seasonal Sales Associate at our Farmers Market location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized product recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Assist customers with special services, including gift wrapping, gift registry, and merchandise location.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Efficiently process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining visual merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting to create an engaging store environment.
- Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards, including straightening, cleaning, and maintaining the stockroom as needed.
- Process, ticket, and restock merchandise as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of the store.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience and retail sales experience, with a focus on specialty retail.
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, operate a POS system, and lift and mobilize medium to large items (up to 75 pounds) while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
