Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized shopping experiences and utilizing effective selling techniques to meet sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Assist customers with special services, including gift wrapping, gift registry, and locating merchandise.
- Utilize technology to efficiently process transactions and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment by upholding high standards of visual merchandising, store maintenance, and cleanliness.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience and retail sales experience, with a focus on specialty retail.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Availability to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend and two during the week.
