Marketing Events Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic contractor to develop and execute effective events and trade shows that align with our brand strategy objectives.

This part-time position involves planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact events and trade shows that meet our brand standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive event action plans, including show strategy, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of [3+] years of experience in event planning and tradeshow management.
  • A proven track record of managing successful corporate events and tradeshows.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
