Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Bartenders in all opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  • Maintain Line of Sight and atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shift.
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service by responding to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ensure Nightly/Weekly and Opening/Running/Closing Duties are completed, including maintaining opening/closing liquor, beer, wine, and consumables par.
  • Rotate Stock and ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine, and consumable items.
  • Clean Spills and Waste immediately and maintain a clean and organized back bar area.
  • Assist with Loading/Unloading of miscellaneous equipment, such as boxes, food, and beverage product.
  • Report Incidents and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Proof of Eligibility to Work in the United States.
  • 21+ Years of Age and possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.

  • Knowledge of Basic Bar and Restaurant Operations and liquor, beer, and wine brand names.
  • Knowledge of Drink Recipes and Proper Garnish, Cutting, and Presentation.
  • Proper Lifting Techniques, Inventory, and Stock Rotation.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with varying shifts and schedules.
